Hi, I’m Annie and I have over seven years of experience in the fitness industry, coaching women to become the best versions of themselves. Over the last few years, I have been on a crazy personal journey; coming back from a four year long injury, surgery and my own loss transformation, which has made me even more motivated to work with women on their OWN journey!
Annie (me!). I will be your day-to-day coach. I have 6 years of experience working in the fitness industry, but have trained for high level sport since I was 10.
I am a qualified personal trainer, gut health nerd and fitness-led nutrition expert. I have been through my own fat loss and gut health transformation, going from someone who suffered from daily bloating to feeling in the best shape of my life!
Eli is our in-house Nutritionist (ANutr, BSc, BA). She is passionate about food, wellness and optimising nutrition to transform our health in the mind, body and gut.
She will be helping you to thrive through and after your journey with Accomplish by providing educational videos and regular community zoom calls, as well as providing you with opportunities to work 1-1 with her too.
Taylor is a certified personal trainer and nutrition & wellness consultant. She coaches alongside Annie & is a huge advocate for the Accomplish method, putting a focus on whole-food focused nutrition which nourishes the gut.
Taylor has played sports & has run competitively since she was 7, a passion which has transferred to her love of strength work in the gym & hybrid training.
She also has a degree in healthcare and is a big foodie at heart, both of which she brings in to her coaching method!

No. I can create a home or gym workout programme for you! I will usually recommend purchasing some basic equipment such as dumbbells if your preference is home workouts.
Yes. All preferences and dietary requirements are taken into consideration when I create your meal plan. I also include some of your favourite foods to make sure you aren’t missing out on having them!
All of my coaching is done via the Lenus app. Every Thursday we will have a weekly check-in which involves clients filling in a short form with progress photos, weight and measurements (or whatever your preferences are) to measure and record progress. We will chat about how your week has been and I will make any necessary adjustments to your plan to ensure that we keep making progress each week.
Yes, during the week I always aim to get back to your message on the same or the following day. There is an in-app chat feature which you can write in any time, and I will use it to communicate with you too!
My coaching is designed to help you save money on food through advanced planning, meal prep and a shopping list feature. My clients often find that with a meal plan they tend to by food on-the-go less, eat out less and experience less food waste.
No, the beauty of my meal plans is that the correct amount of food and macro breakdowns will be calculated for you. I will always give you the option of using the in-app tracking feature.
My prices vary depending on how long you sign up for, but your coaching subscription will not cost more than a takeaway coffee a day though! You are investing in your health, wellness and future self when you sign up
Yes, 3 months is the minimum amount of time that I offer. I believe you need to put in 3 months of consistent work in order to see results in a sustainable way, and also to be able to create a new lifestyle that you can continue with after we finish our time working together.
Typically my clients pay monthly, but I have the option of upfront payment too.
